TheGboutique is a multi-brand fashion boutique offering curated clothing and accessories for women, men, and kids through our online storefront and related services.

Products and pricing

We aim to display products, prices, and availability accurately. Prices are shown in NIS unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we may cancel or adjust the order and will notify you.

Product images are for illustration; colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept orders subject to stock and verification. Payment may be by card, cash on delivery (COD), or other methods we enable at checkout.

For COD orders, payment is due on delivery according to the amount confirmed at checkout. We may decline COD for certain areas, high-value carts, or repeated failed deliveries.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping fees and delivery zones are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, address issues, or peak seasons. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide, unless otherwise required by law.

Returns policy

All sales are final. TheGboutique does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, size, color, or fit. Please review product details carefully before you order. If a parcel arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us immediately with your order number and photos so we can look into it.

Promotions and coupons

Discount codes and campaigns are subject to their own rules, including expiry dates, minimum spends, and product exclusions. We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including logos, text, images, and design — belongs to TheGboutique or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except for personal browsing and shopping.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with other customers’ use of the store.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheGboutique is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability related to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the territory where TheGboutique operates its retail business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that territory, unless mandatory consumer protections say otherwise.
