All sales at TheGboutique are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
No returns
Once an order is placed and fulfilled, items cannot be returned. This includes change of mind, sizing, color, fit, and items bought on sale.
No exchanges
We do not exchange items for another size, color, or product. Please check measurements, color, and product details on the product page before you check out.
Please order carefully
Review size guides, photos, and descriptions before placing your order. If you need help choosing a size or style, message us on WhatsApp before you buy.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong item because of a fulfillment error, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will review the case. This is not a standard return or exchange.
